At Grant Thornton, our professional staff applies traditional, cutting-edge approaches and methods to a variety of analyses. As part of our team, the Senior Associate will utilize various methodologies and models to execute client projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Support the client Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program as a CSS Schedule Manager.
Support development of program level plans, guidelines, reports.
Provide leadership and support to end users and process stakeholders concerning Schedule Management processes/guidelines and respond to requests as needed from staff and management.

Monitor and report on schedule management performance across program.

Manage priorities and workload for Schedule Team within Program Control Directorate.

Develop and maintain procedures for reporting program status.

Lead and manage schedule-focused meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).

Assist with business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific/technical discipline is required
Minimum of 10 years of experience is required.

Experience managing Information Technology related projects
Ability to track costs, schedule and performance progress
Experience in the VA
Experience implementing Electronic Health Records
Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degree

U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required.
Travel may be required.
Ability to work overtime required on occasion.
Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements.
Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements.
