ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Support the client Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program.

Work as a Schedule Coordinator in the Interagency Program Office (IPO).

The primary responsibility is to maintain and update the schedule for the organization, which includes all IPO key activities and milestones such as the dates of key events, and interim and final deliverable dates for a broad portfolio of IT interoperability work activities.

Support the development of schedule management processes and guidelines to be used throughout all IPO Divisions.

Solicit schedule inputs, monitor, and report on schedule management performance across the IPO.

Maintain procedures for reporting status and prepare papers and electronic communications for senior leaders.

Facilitate schedule-focused meetings with internal and external stakeholders, analyze and recommend courses or actions, and conduct what-if analysis, as required

Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).

Assist with business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific/technical discipline is required
Minimum of 10 years of experience is required.
Experience in DoD/VA health IT
Experience implementing Electronic Health Records

Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degree
U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required.
Travel may be required.
Ability to work overtime required on occasion.
Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements.
Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements.
