CPIC Analyst
The CPIC Analyst will support IT Capital Planning and Investment Control; develop processes and documentation and conduct planning; assist in IT Investment Review Board activities such as preparing meeting materials; and assist in the coordination, collaboration and oversight of the agency’s information technology performance metrics in support of CPRA requirements.
Qualifications
Requirements /Skills
· Minimum of 1 year experience in ITIM or closely related fields
· Minimum of 1 year IT project/project management experience
· Experience in executing the Select, Control and Evaluate phase of ITIM and understand all process integration points such as with the organization’s budget formulation enterprise architecture and IT governance processes
· Minimum of 1 year experience working with OMB Exhibit 300 and Exhibit 53
· Requires experience working with the following Exhibit 300 documents/processes: acquisition plans, project schedules, earned value management, enterprise architecture, cost benefit analysis
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite projects (Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Project and SharePoint)
· Experience with the Metier® WorkLenz and electronic Capital Planning and Investment Control (eCPIC) systems is highly desired.
