LITIGATION SUPPORT SENIOR ASSOCIATE – ECONOMIC ADVISORY SERVICES - CONSULTING
Position Summary:
The Litigation and dispute services practice of Grant Thornton's Forensic and Valuation Services (FVS) group offers a broad range of services in litigation support and business valuation. We assist our clients with challenging financial and economic issues in complex litigation including damages/lost profits quantification, economic analysis and modeling, intellectual property—trademarks, trade secrets, patents, post-acquisition disputes, valuation, litigation support and expert testimony. We also provide services in intellectual property license rate analysis and royalty compliance testing.
We are looking for a Litigation Support Senior Associate – Forensic and Valuation Services – Consulting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Planning, executing, directing, and completing litigation services projects while managing to budget.
- Maintain a good working relationship with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and work with client management and staff at all levels to perform services, resolve issues, and make recommendations for business and process improvements.
- Assist senior management on proposals and business development.
- Attend professional development and training sessions on a regular basis.
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns and assess performance of staff for engagement reviews.
- Participate in recruiting efforts as needed.
Qualifications

- 4+ years of progressive experience in public accounting or consulting, litigation and valuation experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong computer database and financial modeling skills required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills a plus.
- Active certification/license or the desire to pursue; CPA, CFA, or ASA preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment.
- Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.
