POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a team oriented professional responsible to join a specialized high energy team charged with evaluating business for creditworthiness, impacts of pending mergers and acquisitions, entities’ financial viability and future operations though due diligence, valuation and modeling techniques. As a member of this team, the ideal candidate will have some exposure to banking, modeling, transaction advisory services or restructuring.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Execute financial due diligence procedures. - Analyze historical and projected financial statements of commercial entities. - Accumulate information and develop analytical conclusions on financial data. - Build and assess financial models and projections. - Draft reports.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE/CREDENTIALS REQUIRED: - CPA/CPA candidate or CFA required (MBA may be substituted). - BS or Masters degree, degree in accounting preferred -US citizenship - Prior applicable experience in similar job functions - Financial analysis skills. - Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills. - Flexibility, self motivation, and enthusiasm to work on tight deadlines and in an unstructured environment. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Attention to detail.
