ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Serve as senior cybersecurity resource to a small team of cybersecurity members who are developing and reviewing Authority to Operate (ATO) and Authority to Connect (ATC) packages.
Act as a senior cybersecurity professional by providing guidance in the modification and review of existing ATO documentation and proactively providing insights into the documentation packets for ATOs and ATC for client systems and hardware based on client requirements.

Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and stakeholders on an appropriate approach to authorizing solutions.

Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).

Assist with business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Min 5 yrs exp.
Plan/design/oversee deployment of complex enterprise-wide/large-scale assessment & authorization (A&A) packages including computer hardware/software/Ports, Protocols and Services/POA&M/network topologies/vulnerability scans/test plans
Make systems meet VA/DHA authorization standards
Provide tech leadership/expertise to small teams/mgr
Mentor cybersecurity personnel on Risk Mgmt Framework/A&A
Exp in VA/DoD; w/EHR, ATO/ATC

U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required.

Travel may be required.
Ability to work overtime required on occasion.
Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements.
Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements.
