ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
The Business Process Consultant shall be responsible for assisting the Government in designing, implementing and improving governance and compliance programs in support of the Government's audit compliance plan.
Serves as a consultant to help the Government understand and manage risk to strike a balance between risks and opportunities.
Business Process Consultant shall possess the following capabilities:
Conduct risk management, planning, identification, analysis, mitigation, monitoring, and control
Contribute to assessment of controls across the entire organization, including operations, management, governance, and systems
Contribute to the development and implementation of risk assessment models and risk management mitigation programs
Contribute to the identification, assessment, and management of the level of risk inherent in an agency's business activities
Contribute to conducting strategic risk-testing and analysis of level of risk associated with key organizational strategies and objectives
Lead and oversee multiple work stream
Identify, assess, and assist in the management of the level of risk inherent in an agency's business activities
Advise risk-based decisions based on effective risk planning processes
Conduct strategic risk-testing and analysis of level of risk associated with key organizational strategies and objective
Lead multiple work streams
Lead in the assessment of controls across the entire organization, including operations, management, governance, and systems
Lead in the development and implementation of risk assessment models and risk management mitigation programs
Lead in the identification, assessment, and management of the level of risk inherent in an agency's business activities
Lead and assist in conducting strategic risk-testing and analysis of level of risk associated with key organizational strategies and objective

Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).

Assist with business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.

Qualifications

TS/SCI and FS Polygraph required

Must have a Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM), Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM), or other certification in a related field of experience is required.
Eight (8) or more years of experience in one of the following areas is
required: budgeting, finance, statistics, risk management, process reengineering, internal controls,
performance measurement, program/project management, or acquisition.
Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited college or university in a related field.
Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees.
U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required.
Travel may be required.
Ability to work overtime required on occasion.
Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements.
Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements.
