At Grant Thornton, our professional staff applies traditional, cutting-edge approaches and methods to a variety of analyses. As part of our team, the Manager will utilize various methodologies and models to execute client projects.

Communicate with business stakeholders to explain and demonstrate ServiceNow ITBM capabilities and options for achieving work portfolio management objectives, focusing on Skills, Demand, Resource, and PPM modules.
Resource should have experience using PPM to managing work portfolio(s) that includes work demand from multiple channels and of multiple types (e.g., projects, small projects, Keeping the Lights On).
Vet and develop proposed out of the box functional enhancements to client's New York instance of ServiceNow ITBM solution for demand and work management optimization.
Translate business requirements into agile stories for sprint cycle development by the client's development team.
Help client enable and leverage out of the box reporting capabilities for skills, resource management, Demand, and PPM to achieve normalized reporting of work demand, resource availability and allocation, and project status and health.
Work with client ServiceNow development team to problem solve and offer guidance on any technical issues that arise (e.g. data integrity issues), as well as provide test and Q&A guidance related to work portfolio management build items
Resource responsibilities will not include development or configuration within the client's production environment. This will the responsibility of the client's ServiceNow development team.
Resource may work in the sandbox environment in performance of duties noted above.
Perform engagement management responsibilities, including performance reviews, task delegation, project scheduling, project financials, quality review and client management.
Meet or exceed sales targets for new and follow-on work.
Manage business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.
Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
Act as performance manager (coach) for up to four coachees outside of engagement responsibilities.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
Professional Services, State & Local industry experience
ServiceNow ITBM - solution architect and development level experience and skills in Skills, Demand, Resource, PPM and reporting modules of New York instance.
Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited college or university in a related field.
Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees.
U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required.
Travel may be required.
Coach and mentor junior staff members.
Ability to work overtime required on occasion.
Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements.
Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements.
