ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
The Program Control Analyst performs a variety of resource and acquisition management duties in support of client.
Program Control Analysts focus specifically on the resource planning, analysis and execution of large space system development, acquisition, and operation programs and need to interact with a multidisciplinary technical workforce and development contractor in the accomplishment of their duties.
Assist in complex analyses at the project and program level.
Independently perform more complex analyses using multiple analytical techniques and interaction with senior management at the Program Office and Directorate level.
Cross program analysis at the Program Office through Staff levels with executive management and external oversight interaction involving acquisition strategies, financial controls and strategic direction.
Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
Assist with business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.

Qualifications

TS/SCI and CI Polygraph required
1 year of experience for Entry level, 6 years for Intermediate and 12 years for Senior Level
Ability to analyze situations accurately, utilizing a variety of analytical techniques in order to make well informed decisions.
Ability to communicate effectively using a variety of styles and techniques appropriate to the audience
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
Ability to work independently
Ability to adapt quickly to emerging issues, priorities, and competing requirements Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited college or university in a related field.
Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees.
U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required.
Travel may be required.
Ability to work overtime required on occasion.
Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements.
Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements.
