The senior Financial Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting Federal staff with assessments, documentation, and reporting of the CFO-designated system.
Likewise, the lead FSA will be supporting Federal staff with assessments, documentation, and reporting on the IT system used by the Activity Based Cost (ABC) model.
The FSA will be a Subject Matter Expert on financial systems IT security and auditing on work performed under this SOW.
The FSA shall be the primary point of contact for the client staff which he/she is supporting.
The lead FSA will possess expert skills in Federal IT terminology and reporting requirements, understanding of IT infrastructure, financial systems capabilities, modeling and/or analytics, communication, teamwork, leadership and motivation. Additionally, the lead will possess extensive knowledge in Budget, Revenue, Financial Management and Systems, and Modeling and/or Analytics.
The FSA will be responsible for:
Taking iterative steps to plan various routine and emergent financial systems activities or assignments.
Organizing the financial management systems contracting team while clearly identifying roles and duties of contract team members.
Leading the team(s) through completion of requested deliverables, and control daily activities by constantly measuring, evaluating, and correcting daily, routine, and emerging activities.
Providing constant status reports on all deliverables requested by Senior leadership.
Ensuring proper and constant coordination is established with staff with responsibilities over financial management systems for Revenue and ABC Modeling. Additionally, routinely interact with staff on all items related to responsibilities and/or oversight with systems used for its Revenue and ABC Modeling efforts.
Ensuring all Contractor work performed under this SOW is accurate and complete
Perform engagement management responsibilities, including performance reviews, task delegation, project scheduling, project financials, quality review and client management.
Meet or exceed sales targets for new and follow-on work.
Manage business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.
Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
Act as performance manager (coach) for up to four coachees outside of engagement responsibilities.
Interview campus and/or experienced candidates.

Required Skills: System Expertise (RSA Archer, ServiceNow, Hiperos, KY3P, Tableau), Risk & Controls Assessments & Remediation, Audit Remediation, Budget Execution (Public Sector), Budget Formulation (Public Sector), FACTS I/FACTS II Reporting (Public Sector), Finance Process Optimization, Finance Transformation - Core Systems Implementation
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) required.
Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited college or university in a related field.
Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees.
U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required.
Travel may be required.
Coach and mentor junior staff members.
Ability to work overtime required on occasion.
Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements.
Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements.
