Grant Thornton is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Advanced Digital Technology and Analytics service line and take an active role in engagement execution, project management and key business development activities.

At Grant Thornton, our professional staff applies traditional, cutting-edge approaches and methods to a variety of analyses. As part of our team, the Senior Associate will utilize various methodologies and models to execute client projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Provides daily interface with client management and technical personnel.
Supports and guides the team for executing the data warehouse development strategy.
Supports and guides the team with use of Informatica PowerCenter and MDM tools.
Serves as Informatica Administrator bringing down and restoring services, managing users and governance controls, supporting releases and adherence to change control standards.
Directs much of the team's daily technical activities, supervising development, testing, and release processes.
Reviews technical products and provides recommendations regarding best practices and requirements.
Provides direct support to technical and operational activities.
Alerts key personnel of operational problems and suggest potential solutions or methods for collecting additional information.
Assists in the development of technical and operational documents and plans.
Assists in the implementation of technical and operational activities.
Responsible for reviewing the work of data modelers, systems analysts, data warehouse developers, ETL developers, etc. for consistency, completeness, accuracy, and productivity.
Create Informatica PowerCenter mappings, workflows, jobs, and other ETL processes.
Test other team members' Informatica work products, and perform code reviews.
Update operational data store (ODS) with model changes.
Support deployments and releases.
Support change and configuration control decisions.
Develop documentation and project artifacts to support solution delivery.
Follow Agile SDLC and participate in scrum development activities.
Support Master Data Management (MDM) solution development.
Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
Assist with business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.

Qualifications

Minimum of NACI clearance required.
Required to work onsite at Quantico for 2-3 days per week and telecommute is allowed for the balance of the week.
Experience with SQL, Informatica PowerCenter, Computer Associates ERWin, Informatica Master Data Management
Project management: lead and provide technical direction to IT/Enterprise Architecture related projects

Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited college or university in a related field.
Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees.
U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required.
Travel may be required.
Ability to work overtime required on occasion.
Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements.
Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements.
