Sr. Associate – Technology Solutions – Business Analytics

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in full life cycle Oracle BI implementation projects; work on planning activities such as the project kick-off; contribute to design sessions to identify business system requirements to meet business and transformational goals during the project design phase; document the business requirements and system design; implement and configure the applications and conduct iterative application unit testing to ensure business requirements are adequately met during the build phase; design ETL process and configure repository; create and develop reports and dashboards; develop mappings and implement security; develop and execute test scripts during the testing phase; help to create training materials and quick reference guides to help support the user; conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment; provide post-production support after the deployment phase; participate in meetings and prepare minutes as needed; mentor and delegate to junior team members; design, develop, and implement end-to-end BI APPS (OBIA) 11.1.1.10.2/11.1.1.9.2 - Suite implementation with Informatica / Oracle Data Integrator - Financial, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain and Order Management and Project Analytics implementations; develop, install, implement, configure, and customize OBIEE Repository at three layers and create reports using answers, dashboards, and OBIEE admin tool; apply software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports included in the packaged applications and the data fields supported by OBIEE and source system(s); utilize SQL, PL/SQL, VB, and batch scripting. 80% travel required.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or related field or foreign academic equivalent and 2 years related experience. Prior experience must include the following: design, develop, and implement end-to-end BI APPS (OBIA) 11.1.1.10.2/11.1.1.9.2 - Suite implementation with Informatica / Oracle Data Integrator - Financial, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain and Order Management and Project Analytics implementations (1 year); develop, install, implement, configure, and customize OBIEE Repository at three layers and create reports using answers, dashboards, and OBIEE admin tool (2 years); apply software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports included in the packaged applications and the data fields supported by OBIEE and source system(s) (2 years); utilize SQL, PL/SQL, VB, and batch scripting (2 years).
