Tax Sr. Associate or Manager for China Business Group

Position Summary:
Provide Chinese tax and related advice to US companies with businesses in China
Provide assistance to Chinese companies investing in the US
Marketing and business development occasionally
Excellent in English communication and writing skills
Proficiency in Chinese communication and writing
Domestic travel occasionally
Able to work independent and proactive
Possess excellent organizational skills
Report to partner


Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/finance
Chinese CPA
Strong technical and practical knowledge of Chinese taxes with good working knowledge of business issues
A minimum of six years of progressive PRC tax consulting experience
Experience with a Big 4 firm, law firm, or large corporate tax department of a multinational company.
Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment.
