At Grant Thornton, our professional staff applies traditional, cutting-edge approaches and methods to a variety of analyses. As part of our team, the Senior Associate will utilize various methodologies and models to execute client projects.

Manage client's program performance and outcome reporting requirements including the following kinds of reports and deliverables: program/project management status and outcomes, program risk assessment and mitigation, performance metrics, financial management and budget reports, audit preparation / audit response, GAO response, Congressional questions / information requests, ad hoc information / data calls.
Liaise with multiple client contacts in remote locations, who are information owners, to understand and develop responses to reporting requirements, plan/schedule/obtain leadership review and approval, and submit within deadlines.
Advise clients on content requirements, tone and style, manage deadlines with multiple deliverables simultaneously and often on urgent basis / short timeframes.
Coordinate data gathering and information consolidation for high profile program reporting deliverables; maintain predictive models on vehicle acquisition, ageing / lifecycle status, fuel consumption, mileage, and other factors; and facilitate all activities related to reporting program performance status and outcomes through the client’s action item and deliverables online collaboration site.
Lead the design and implementation of advanced analytic solutions to convert an existing Excel-based data analysis and forecasting tool to Tableau-based data visualizations.
Coordinate with and lend support to the broader project team and the other strategic initiatives being implemented.
Contribute ideas and technical solutions for achieving revenue growth within the project and account.
Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
Assist with business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.


Program Analyst / Program Management experience.
Data Analysis experience.
Written and Verbal Communication skills.
Experience with Tableau Software / Dashboard Building.
Client Relationship Building skills.
Problem Solving skills.
Attention to Detail.
Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited college or university in a related field.
Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees.
U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required.
Travel may be required.
Ability to work overtime required on occasion.
Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements.
Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements.
