The Life Sciences Regulatory Risk and Compliance Senior Associate assists clients in developing and executing regulatory risk strategies and delivering projects that promote innovation and growth, operational efficiency, process excellence, and sustained regulatory compliance across the life sciences value chain. Senior associates deliver services with a high degree of quality and projects that are on time and on budget.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Support client engagements from start to finish, which includes planning, organizing, conducting, directing, and completing projects and services and managing projects to budget
· Performing detailed analysis to identify and assess opportunities for improvement, documenting conclusions, and providing recommendations
· Utilizing and continuously learning new technologies to collaborate with team members and enhance service delivery
· Oversee and conduct research and investigative data analysis using various analytics tools and platforms
· Assisting in strategic planning that integrates multiple client organizations across business operations and IT that supports the organization’s strategy and operational plans
· Assisting in project implementations that effectively and efficiently meet business objectives and ensure a return on investment
· Work closely with partners and staff on client management, practice development, business development processes, and industry initiatives
· Assist management with proposals and business development
· Additional job duties as assigned.


Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biology, Chemistry or other life sciences-related discipline or

· A Masters of Business Administration with a focus in Life Sciences or Healthcare or a graduate degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biology, Chemistry or other life sciences-related discipline.
· 1-4 years of life sciences industry experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
· Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel up to 80% as required
· Strong technical aptitude, critical and logical thinking and problem solving skills
· Interest to work cross functionally throughout different business processes within an organization
· Effective project and time management skills for handling multiple priorities and simultaneous projects
· Enthusiasm to learn through a combination of structured, on-the-job and self-directed training
· Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a complex team environment
· Desire to pursue applicable professional certification
