The Process Design Manager is a strategic thinker and leader who will be directly responsible for the coordination and execution of multiple marketing projects and process improvements. The process design manager will work as part of a team of professionals who will have the responsibility of driving revenue opportunities through efficiencies and brand building activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Process Design Alignment to Business Objectives – work across the marketing team to develop process improvements and infrastructure and ensure adherence to as well as identify adjustments when needed.
Agent of Change – ensure that overall efforts are successful. Maintain a positive attitude and work closely across teams and integrate digital in the broader programming; constantly seek efficiencies and process improvements and offer solution for greater impact.
National Execution – drive the effective implementation and execution of national marketing process improvements. Be a connector – understand the team's needs & firm's strategy and connect the two. Ensure integration of processes and plans – and that they are implemented with an eye on efficiency.
Collaboration & Innovation – work with numerous team members across Marketing (Digital, Content, Sponsorship, Account Marketing, Creative, Campaign Strategy) to develop and implement impactful and innovate solutions. Proactively seek feedback and ensure the use of best practices regarding effectiveness.
Measurement & ROI – commit to a hyper-focus on impact & contribution doing so by leading in conjunction with peers, Marketing Leadership team, KPI measurement and evaluation of ROI. Be a driver for a results-driven organization.
Communications- effectively communicate (oral, written and interpersonal) with internal stakeholders & external contacts.
Data analysis – demonstrate strong capabilities in data, analytics and business intelligence that drive decision-making for change. Can synthesize and draw conclusions from vast amounts of data.
Project Management – lead & execute complex, multi-channel process improvements. Manage with high contribution & impact while juggling competing priorities and stakeholders.
Training & Adoption – ability to develop content and train marketing colleagues on process improvement knowledge
Intellectual Curiosity / Learning Mentality – actively seek out opportunities to learn from the team members and others within the Marketing organization; demonstrate a desire to advance marketing acumen and understanding of the business; encourage new perspectives and foster a diversity of ideas.
Help Foster the Team's Culture – actively seek opportunities to engage with teammates through meetings and 1:1 opportunities to help build a culture of collaboration & impact.



Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business or related discipline.
Minimum 7+ years of marketing or related experience; ideally 5+ years in professional services, financial services or other B2B marketing with a focus on process improvement or project management.
Proven skills working in a matrixed organization and collaborating with internal and external groups, particularly those in senior level/executive management.
Has a strong foundation in writing and communications, as well as presentation, ROI reporting, and a variety of marketing functional areas (digital, social, content, design, etc.)
Exceptional interpersonal skills; communicates well with all levels of management; comfortable advising and coaching partners of the firm.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of MS (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with a CRM system (MS Dynamics)
