The main purpose of this role is to provide implementation support to GTIL member firms rolling out LEAP within their audit practice.

The role will involve significant engagement with workstream leaders to understand dependencies, identifying critical issues and escalation; and will require the manager to clearly communicate progress against objectives for a variety of stakeholders. This candidate will work closely with the implementation leader, communication manager and PMO.

· Maintaining the rollout schedule

· Coordinating and hosting member firm discussions

· Monitoring implementation readiness through member firm dashboards and developing and enhancing various implementation processes.


Bachelor's degree in accounting

Minimum of five years of experience in professional services

Self-motivated and able to operate with limited supervision while also being able to work successfully with others as part of a multi-discipline team.

Experience with Office 365 and its integrated toolsets, including Yammer, Teams, Sharepoint and Outlook

Great attention to detail.

Strong organizational skills.

Great communication skills and ability to lead discussions with senior level leaders

Global project management experience in a professional services organisation is preferred
