Job Description:

The Learning & OE Virtual Learning Implementations Associate has primary responsibility for coordinating and supporting delivery related tasks for nationally developed learning activities with a focus on virtual learning across the firm. This includes support to firm wide events delivered virtually to internal and external attendees, enabling seamless delivery of learning and non-learning solutions to all client business segments.

The Learning & OE Virtual Learning Implementation Associate serves as a key member of the Learning infrastructure in the support of firm-wide Talent goals and objectives, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability and initiative.

Core Responsibilities:

Coordinating delivery related tasks such as writing and editing program specific communications. Maintaining and building webcast and virtual learning activities in the learning management systems as well as the webcasting platform, and maintaining the learning calendar. Managing the registration process, program evaluations, reporting and program closure for assigned programs.
Material Coordination, work with the client and/or designer to determine materials that would be appropriate and effective for virtual learners.
Event Support and Moderation: Responsible for supporting the live delivery of webcast sessions. This includes:
Facilitating webcast rehearsals, moderating, and providing instructor support by ensuring instructors are familiar and comfortable with the interface.
Provide a final step in quality control by review slides to ensure that graphics and charts have uploaded appropriately.
Provide support for attendees during the event such as monitoring chat, addressing technical support questions and launching polling questions
Post event responsibilities such as closing the session, following up with questions/issues discussed during the event
Ensure compliance for CPE worthy events by reviewing event materials to confirm required NASBA standards are met and incorporated into the course materials.
Expected to develop relationships with colleagues and to collaborate with other departments to support virtual learning programs. Works closely with other webcast, LOE and Marketing staff to share best practices, and provide visibility into client activities. Will be assigned to perform support duties for multiple learning clients as needed, and expected to participate in sponsored special projects.
Provide client service to learners, national learning, and marketing clients. This support is generally, but not limited to, answering questions around programs, webcast platform and course set up, providing registration support, running reports and troubleshooting. Anticipates and addresses needs before they are raised by our clients.
Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
Flexibility to support national face to face learning programs when necessary. Including:
Participant management
Material management
Communication management
Onsite support

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in a related field
Past experience involving learning, including familiarity with webcast and virtual training platforms such as On24, Adobe Connect, Skype, etc.
Experience with learning management systems including: Webcast/Virtual training platforms, LMS, evaluation system, and compliance system,
Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication & presentation skills
A reputation for discretion, integrity, judgment, responsiveness, and strong attention to detail
Solid PC skills with proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
