Performance Enablement Senior Associate

Job Description:

The Performance Enablement Senior Associate has primary responsibility for coordinating, project managing, supporting and overseeing delivery-related tasks for nationally developed performance management and organizational effectiveness activities. The Performance Enablement Senior Associate must be able to collaborate in a matrixed working environment with a variety of job levels, effectively support multiple work streams, have strong business acumen, and attention to detail. With a focus on quality, efficiency, and exceptional client service delivery. This includes support for instructor readiness and for multiple learning delivery channels such as group live sessions, webcasting, video conferences, self-study courses, and local sessions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinating delivery related tasks such as writing and editing program specific communications. Maintaining and building learning activities in the learning management systems as well as the webcasting platform, and maintaining the learning calendar. Managing the registration process, reviewing and providing rudimentary analysis and reporting of program evaluations and pulse surveys, and handling closure activities for assigned programs, ensuring that all compliance requirements are met. The Performance Enablement Senior Associate needs to demonstrate solid understanding of compliance requirements and the thought process behind the standards.
Material Coordination. Work with the client and/or designer to determine materials that would be appropriate and effective for the learners. Once materials are determined, assist in learning material creation, preparation, distribution, production and/or posting.
Event Support and Moderation:
Responsible for supporting the live delivery of webcast sessions. This may include facilitating webcast rehearsals, moderating, and providing instructor support by ensuring instructors are familiar and comfortable with the interface. Provide final step in quality control by reviewing slides to ensure that graphics and charts have uploaded appropriately.
Additional Event Support and Moderation Responsibilities may also include making decisions about adjustments to schedules, classrooms or agendas as needed, co-leading or facilitating learning sessions, observing and evaluating sessions in progress for changes and adjustments, acting as liaison for leaders on content and materials, ensuring consistency between tracks by reporting things that occur in each, and understanding program budgets to ensure that choices made in preplanning and on-site are within budget.
Project Management. Manage selected projects including scheduling meetings, creating project plans, and monitoring tasks, timelines and resources to meet project objectives and deadlines.
Expected to develop relationships with colleagues and collaborate with other departments to support programs. Work closely with other People & Culture colleagues, including client support staff, to share best practices, and provide visibility into program activities. Will be assigned to perform support duties for multiple projects as needed, and expected to participate in sponsored special projects. Builds and and strengthens client relationships by working with clients, SMEs, and program leaders.
Provide client service to learners (as relevant for learning programs) and employees seeking support on performance management. This support is generally, but not limited to, answering questions around performance management process and support materials, learning courses, providing registration support, running reports and troubleshooting. Client Support Senior Associate should also recognize issues and propose solutions.


Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, in a related field
3 to 5 years of learning support experience, preferably in a public accounting or professional services environment
Experience in using webcast platforms
Experience with learning management systems including: LMS, evaluation system, compliance system, elearning tools, collaboration sites and social systems
Computer Skills: MS Office and web-based software
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

Multi-tasks and meets deadlines
