Data Analytics & Measurement Senior Associate

Job Description:

The Data Analytics & Measurement Sr. Associate serves as a member of the Learning & Organization Effectiveness “L&OE” Operations team and has responsibility to effect data–driven reporting methodology and analysis for talent management activities.

Core Job Responsibilities:

Consult with LOE Ops leadership and internal clients to provide assessment and evaluation expertise
Determine performance gaps, conduct root cause analysis, and provide recommendations to improve L&OE efficiency, effectiveness, and outcomes or results
Partner with key stakeholders and client team members to analyze business process improvement efforts, data, training evaluations, performance data, and participant feedback
Benchmark, measure, monitor and improve efficiency and effectiveness of L&OE programs
Communicate the value of L&OE to the firm in a compelling and measureable manner

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and characteristics:

BA or BS degree with 5+ years of experience with statistical analysis, learning measurement and analytics
Metric-focused with ability to use analytics to solve problems and develop business solutions
Proven expertise in prioritization, delegation, consultation and negotiation
Strong PC skills including MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communicator in both written and verbal form
Strategic thinker and problem solver with ability to quickly assess and summarize information and effectively identify issues or risks and potential resolutions
Ability to run meetings (status, design, info-gathering, close-out) and manage a portfolio of programs in one or more client business segments

Experience with critical learning and development processes, including training evaluation
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to influence and drive change management
Ability to transform data into insights and recommendations for decision making
Experience working in a professional services environment
Coachable with desire to learn and to develop others
Ability to travel on occasion

Preferred Qualifications:

MS degree in IO Psychology or related field
Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau
Experience with evaluation tools such as Metrics That Matter, Qualtrics, etc.
