Webcast Marketing Senior Associate

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Associate to join our Webcast Center of Excellence. The webcast Center of Excellence is a part of Grant Thornton’s larger Digital team whose purpose is to drive strategy and optimize execution across all digital channels.

This individual will partner closely with our Digital team and internal clients to understand our individual and overall webcast strategy and objectives, support webcast execution, , and adhere to branding guidelines to help create a Best in Class webcasting experience. The Webcast Marketing Senior Associate will be a key player on the Digital Marketing team, helping to drive channel strategy while optimizing webcast outreach, maximizing KPI performance, and ROI.

Job description:

Implement end-to-end webcast execution with the support of our internal and external support teams

Manage quarterly and yearly webcast calendar

Work closely with our compliance team to ensure all webcasts meet our high Continuing Professional Education standards

Collaborate with the email, web and social teams along with industry and functional marketing teams to ensure webcasts are properly promoted to engagage the right audiences and align with firm strategy

Work with external webcast producers and webcast vendors to help push projects through milestones and manage the configuration of webcasts

Analyze webcast results and trends to improve webcast ROI and internal KPIs over time

Ability to work with internal clients/leadership and can think strategically about the entire webcast process

Document webcast process, educate marketers on process and optimize regularly

Qualifications

Requirements & Skills:

2+ years of experience coordinating webcasts and serving in a client-facing role ideally from within a B to B professional services organization

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong listening skills

Strong proficiency with MS Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook

Experience with On24 or other similar webcast providers

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM a huge plus

Passionate about technology and educated on webcast industry trends

Highly organized with excellent time management skills

Possesses the ability to multitask and manage several projects in various stages simultaneously

Self-starter who is driven and demonstrates a track record of success
