ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
The EA Analyst will work with the customer to provide submissions to OMB daily.
The EA Analyst will manage the in-take of data calls, capture and analyze the requirements, collect, consolidate, and develop the draft responses, submit the draft data calls to senior executives for internal clearance, manage the communication and coordination of the responses, and transmit the final/approved responses to the requesting organization.
The EA Analyst will be customer-facing applying broad technical skills, with deep industry knowledge and business acumen.
The EA Analyst will work directly with the customer to plan and execute communication strategies in support of multiple business transformation projects, including developing one-pagers and PowerPoint graphics.
This individual will write all customer messaging and coordinate leadership approvals, develop FAQs in support of projects to educate stakeholders and other affected parties, develop executive briefings, ensuring succinct delivery of subject matter and consistency with client’s brand/templates, prepare weekly highlights for upstream delivery to organization leadership, ensuring content is impact-oriented and delivered on deadline.
Interface with technical professionals and other SMEs in the writing, editing, and publication of various types of documents including manuals, reports, plans, training material, and presentations.
This position requires an individual who can work well under pressure, multi-task, and participate and communicate well with a team.
Attention to detail, strong listening skills, and good verbal and written communications are required.
This individual must be able to understand the technical content of all meetings and be able to articulate those to the customer.
Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
Assist with business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.

Qualifications

4-5 years of relevant experience.
IT background (IT strategy) OMB, PMO portfolio mgmt. and CPIC experience preferred.
Experience with SharePoint.
Experience of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, etc. is preferred.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint and desktop publishing software.
2+ years Communications required.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint and desktop publishing software.
Ability to work as an integral member of a team and proactively assist others.
Possess strong verbal and written skills.
Demonstrate a high level of customer service.
Exhibit excellent time management skills and detail-oriented.
Experience working with Government agencies.
Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited college or university in a related field.
Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees.
U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required.
Travel may be required.
Ability to work overtime required on occasion.
Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements.
Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements.
