Talent Acquisition – Experienced Hire Recruiting Sourcer (Contract)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Great opportunity for a Temporary Recruiting Sourcer to assist the Experienced Hire Recruiting Team and the ongoing recruiting efforts for our National team. The Recruiting Sourcer is responsible for driving quality talent to our Recruiting team, focused on pinpointed recruiting efforts. This temporary full-time position will assist our internal Talent Acquisition team by providing sourcing support in order to meet their staffing initiatives, driving quality talent through pinpointed recruiting efforts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and proactively reach out to a diverse talent pool of qualified candidates via various external sourcing channels
Develop and execute the search strategy, including active sourcing from competitors
Utilize Boolean search methods for finding relevant candidates within resume database
Strategically post career ads to various online resources (i.e. LinkedIn, Twitter)
Create and organize projects within LinkedIn Recruiter
Conduct phone screens with candidates to vet for recruitment team
Maintain accurate data within an Excel tracking sheet
Comply with all state and federal regulations
Have the experience to qualify candidates by screening and presenting candidates according to OFCCP laws
Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications

At least 4+ years of experience supporting recruiting efforts
Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
Experience and comfortability using creative sourcing methods including: internet sourcing techniques, referral management and cold calling
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and managing projects within the tool
Moderate to Advanced Proficiency in the Microsoft Excel
Experience with Taleo preferred
Experience in professional services or staffing agency focused on accounting, finance, audit and/or tax roles preferred
Enthusiastic, persuasive, and outgoing personality
Self-sufficient work ethic; entrepreneurial in nature and self-motivated
Excellent customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfortability in picking up the phone to talk to candidates, recruiters, and business leaders
Must be detail-oriented and have a strong focus on accuracy
Must be well-organized and able to adapt quickly and positively to changing priorities
