Grant Thornton is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Decision Analytics service line and take an active role in engagement execution, project management and key business development activities.

At Grant Thornton, our professional staff applies traditional, cutting-edge approaches and methods to a variety of analyses. As part of our team, the Senior Associate will utilize various methodologies and models to execute client projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Apply excellent oral and written communications to solicit strategic requirements from Client senior and executive leaders with regard to the next 10 years' of enterprise information management (EIM).
Solicit feedback of these requirements from a larger audience consisting of mid-level managers and key information workers.
Develop three EIM possible strategies (collection of projects) that Client could apply to meet their curated strategic requirements/priorities.
Develop roadmaps, requirements, executive briefings, cost/benefit analyses, etc., for each project within the strategy selected (expect up to 50 projects) and create an integrated project plan for all the projects.
Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
Assist with business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.

Qualifications

Data Lakes and Data Warehousing experience a plus.
Business and data analysis experience on data/information management projects.
Transportation industry experience preferred.
Experience analyzing, designing, or implementing advanced data management concepts (e.g., machine learning, cognitive computing, artificial intelligence, robotic process automation).
Data modeling and architecture.
Data standards and best practices (e.g., DAMA DMBOK).
Data integration and ETL.
Complex, large scale enterprise planning, design, and implementation.
Data governance experience.
Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited college or university in a related field.
Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees.
U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required.
Travel may be required.
Ability to work overtime required on occasion.
Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements.
Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements.
