POSITION SUMMARY:

Performs Human Capital Management advisory services to assist our clients in various transformation initiatives. Manages complex large scale HCM programs which include Talent Planning, New Hire and Onboarding, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Rewards and Recognition, Culture Transformations, HR Operations, HR system, and HR Analytics within our HCM practice. This may require experience in HCM applications, such as Oracle Cloud, Infor, EBS, and PeopleSoft HCM.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the lead SME on strategic and tactical HCM engagements including overall project ownership and project success
Establish a consultative relationship with complex clients
Manage deployment project tasks including plan updates, communications, risk management/mitigation, and ensuring on time delivery of milestones
Evaluate the impact of human capital programs
Drive customer’s HR organizations through transformation, by addressing their business challenges, aligning function to shared practices, and defining new processes
Carry out organizational assessments, generating recommendations for change, and developing interventions
Additionally, the role will require participation in HCM business development and practice development

EXAMPLE PROJECTS INCLUDE:
Designing/modifying performance management systems (e.g., designing and integrating performance appraisal, promotion, and recognition programs)
Developing and validating assessments for selection and development purposes (e.g., structured interviews, cognitive and non-cognitive measures, knowledge tests)
Designing new human resources operating models and supporting the human resources organizational design
Establishing HR Shared Services centers
Developing and analyzing workforce surveys (e.g., climate, quality of hire, skills assessments)
Designing and executing job analysis studies
Developing communication and implementation plans (and supporting materials) to facilitate change management efforts
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic Human Capital Management engagements to include functional assessments, strategic operating model development, performance improvement, employee retention plan development, compensation planning, audits, ERP/HCM implementations, ACA compliance, and regulatory compliance efforts
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in consulting with progressively increasing responsibility
BS or MS degree in HR Management or related fields
Understanding of HCM terminology and modern best practice especially in Human Resources Core processes, Talent Management and Talent Acquisition
Interest in modern HCM tools and their usage within HR departments
Entrepreneurial and self-motivated attributes to thrive in environments that reward self-initiative and resourcefulness
Ability to adjust to shifting priorities and to work additional hours to meet aggressive deadlines as needed.
Comfortable presenting information to large groups of people, facilitating meetings, and leading group discussions
Ability to analyze large sets of data and communicate findings to others
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, and Project)
Maintain a good working relationship with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and work with client management and staff at all levels
Must be willing to mentor junior staff
Willingness/Ability to travel up to 80%
