ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Provides IT Project Management services to Client in their respective fields of IT expertise.
Has experience with both waterfall and Agile management techniques.
Under limited supervision, is responsible for all aspects of performance (e.g., technical, contractual, administrative, financial, etc.).
These personnel are responsible for day to day activities throughout the project lifecycle from project initiation to project end and transfer services. These personnel are responsible for:
Overall direction of project activities
Consults, advises, coordinates, and briefs all internal and external project stakeholders
Organizes and assigns responsibilities to subordinates
Oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks
Establishes and maintains technical and financial reports to show progress of projects
Generate other deliverables as requested
Perform engagement management responsibilities, including performance reviews, task delegation, project scheduling, project financials, quality review and client management.
Meet or exceed sales targets for new and follow-on work.
Manage business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.
Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
Act as performance manager (coach) for up to four coachees outside of engagement responsibilities.
Interview campus and/or experienced candidates.

Qualifications

3 years of experience required.
PMP is required.
PgMP – preferred.
CSM – required.
Scrum Master Certification is preferred.
Experience with MS project Profession, SharePoint and Rally.
Proficient with Microsoft Project, powerpoint, sharepoint, EPMS type tool.
Ability to present technical and non-technical information to business and other stakeholders.
Ability to execute Systems development/Infrastructure upgrades/ maintenance projects within SDLC.
Experience with Agile Scrum methodology.
Nice to have CSM.
Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited college or university in a related field.
Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees.
U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required.
Travel may be required.
Coach and mentor junior staff members.
Ability to work overtime required on occasion.
Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements.
Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements.
