ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Grant Thornton currently requires support to develop strategy and analytic capabilities for a newly established Army Recruiting Directorate. As part of a Grant Thornton team you will apply your skills to provide the following support:
Analyze recruiting requirements and candidate characteristics to develop a Tableau dashboard of optimal chaplain applicant/candidate profiles.
Conduct demographic research and analysis to map viable candidate pools.
Identify and optimize selection of Army recruiting events/venues based on competing objectives.
Provide analytics support for the development and sustainment of marketing strategic plans.
Provide analytic support for the development of recruiting program manpower and funding requirements.
Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
Assist with business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.

Qualifications

Secret Clearance required.
The successful candidate shall possess the following:
Intermediate skills with a data visualization tools: Tableau (preferred), Business Objects, Spotfire, OBIEE, Microstrategy, PowerBI, etc
Intermediate skills with R and SQL.
Advanced skills with Excel.
Experience collecting, transforming, and analyzing Census Bureau and academic survey data.
Ability to communicate and present analysis methods to non-technical audiences
General knowledge and understanding of religion
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics.
A minimum of two years’ experience performing complex analysis.
Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics (desired).
Experience leading projects in data exploration, survey analysis, and/or data mining (desired).
Experience with recruiting, marketing, or social media analytics (desired).
Domain knowledge of multiple religions (desired).
Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees.
U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required.
Travel may be required.
Ability to work overtime required on occasion.
Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements.
Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements.
