Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide financial services solutions to clients including: Finance Transformation, Cost and Performance Management, Financial Operations, Shared Services; perform engagement management responsibilities, including performance reviews, task delegation, project scheduling, project financials, quality review and client management; manage business development activities: work closely with internal managers and partners to promptly identify and resolve client problems or issues; work directly with clients to address their complex financial issues; develop client-focused solutions based on understanding strategy, operations and management in a number of functional areas of corporations and organizations; meet utilization targets for team; manage teams, leading client interactions, assisting with proposals, managing billing, proposal development, opportunity pursuit, client expectation and account management; prepare and/or coordinate complex written presentation materials; perform financial forecasting, financial analysis and risk analysis for bank products using Charts of Accounts, Microsoft Excel, Access and SQL; develop, execute and evaluate stress projection processes in compliance with Dodd-Frank Act Stress Test requirements and FRB guidelines; perform process mapping and documentation for process understanding and reengineering using Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint; conduct project management for finance function and regulatory initiatives, including large data aggregation, and enterprise and regulatory reporting initiatives. CPA License required. Travel required up to 100% of time; must live within normal commuting distance of Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or foreign academic equivalent plus 5 years of related experience. Will accept any level of experience in the following skills: perform financial forecasting, financial analysis and risk analysis for bank products using Charts of Accounts, Microsoft Excel, Access and SQL; develop, execute and evaluate stress projection processes in compliance with Dodd-Frank Act Stress Test requirements and FRB guidelines; perform process mapping and documentation for process understanding and reengineering using Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint; conduct project management for finance function and regulatory initiatives, including large data aggregation, and enterprise and regulatory reporting initiatives. CPA License required. Travel required up to 100% of time; must live within normal commuting distance of Dallas, TX.
