The successful candidate will have a solid track record of leading FinTech innovation strategies / alliances / and partnerships with a global business or management consulting firm. Ideal experience includes leading and executing technology and innovation efforts including digitial strategies, regtech, data analytics, machine learning, AI, and robotic process automoation (RPA).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build a sustainable innovation model and solution offerings to generate new revenue

Develop an innovation strategy and drive solutions from ideation to proof of concept

Lead an innovation team and mobilize efforts to execute offering development

Advise senior leadership team on solution offering progress and key activities

Develop and manage partnerships strategies and agreements

Liasie with business leaders across a matrixed organization to leverage resources and manage implementation plans

Collaborate with sales teams to develop key go-to-market targets and strategies

Evaluate potential investment / partnership opportunities, and manage and prioritize investments

Lead workshops to educate clients about new technology opportunities and services

Idenitfy leading curtting edge technologies and solutions

Lead multidicipinarly teams of designers, technologists, and product leaders

Serve as a thought leader, speak with clients and at industry events

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

AI and Maching Learning Computer Programs

Regulatory Technology (RegTech) to Enhance Regulatory Processes

Innovative AML Technologies

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Technologies

Data Analytics

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred
10+ years of experience in innovation / partnership management or mgmt. consulting

5+ years of experience managing teams

Excellent leadership skills, excellent communication skills
Strong innovation network is preferred

Strong analytical skills and ability to perform quantitative analysis and develop business cases

Excellent written and verbal skills

Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills
