ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Assist with implementation plans, processes, procedures and activities.
Prepare and deliver to the PMD project management activities including reviewing and updating project management documentation and plans.
Prepare and deliver guidance and support of PMD management through guiding principles, project management plans and schedule.
Prepare and deliver support and assistance to the Client Schedule Team through updated and revised Master Project plans as needed through project transitions from one system development lifecycle to another.
Prepare and deliver leadership, guidance and support with updating project management plans such as Schedule Management, Risk Management, Cost Management, Quality Management, Staff Management, etc.
Prepare and deliver analysis of the Client progress toward milestones and deliverables and provide alternatives and recommendations that will guarantee all milestones and deliverables will be met.
Prepare and deliver review, assessment, analysis, and written comments on Client work products.
Prepare and deliver prioritization of tasks and status of the tasks to the project management.
Prepare and deliver coordination and consultation to the Functional Manager on areas of impact or opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and deliver ongoing interviews with the PMD so issues surface and are resolved in a timely manner.
Track action items and their resolution as needed.
Prepare and deliver development of aggregate performance criteria for measuring:
Success of the Project and System Quality, Timeliness, Budget Compliance and Degree of Customer Satisfaction.
Project Management Information Systems Facilitation.
Prepare and deliver facilitation of implementation and improvement of project management information systems, e.g., project management tools and software.
Perform engagement management responsibilities, including performance reviews, task delegation, project scheduling, project financials, quality review and client management.
Meet or exceed sales targets for new and follow-on work.
Manage business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.
Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
Act as performance manager (coach) for up to four coachees outside of engagement responsibilities.
Interview campus and/or experienced candidates.

Qualifications

Project management experience in PeopleSoft Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) version 9.x.
Experience in analysis, design, configuration, and testing for a large-scale Software Project. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
Experience in writing/editing documentation such as, business processes, project management plans, and desk-reference guides, job-aids, training materials, procedures and guidelines.
Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited college or university in a related field.
Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees.
U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required.
Travel may be required.
Coach and mentor junior staff members.
Ability to work overtime required on occasion.
Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements.
Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements.
