ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Support and lead the review and analysis of systems documentation to articulate developed business logic and technical processes.
Support the development of business cases and concepts of operations involving IT systems implementation, transformation, and
improvements
Document technical processes, system dependencies, and outcomes.
Support with facilitation sessions with the client and relevant stakeholders to effectively map out the agency's technical processes.
Identify systems process and logic gaps and determine potential improvement opportunities.
Support business process reengineering, process transformation and process documentation support services.

Individual will be responsible for leading clients to effectively apply and improve upon Agile practices. Individual will be responsible for teaching and coaching all core roles as defined by the Scrum Body of Knowledge, facilitating the process and meetings, maintaining artifacts, and assisting the Scrum Master.
Individual will be responsible for facilitating the client product owners to achieve the following objectives:
Ensure common understanding of product/project charter
Improve backlog management and release planning rigor
Disaggregate well-written features into constituent user stories
Provide release plans that offer realistic means of achieving commitments
Secure development team commitments and accountability for release plans
Provide means to track/report release plan execution performance and adjust, as needed

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
Business Process Reengineering Experience:
Process analysis and improvement
Process mapping and documentation
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), required
Hands on experience with an Agile Lifecycle Management tool (e.g., Rally, Jira), required
Scaled Agilist (SA) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) required
PMP, preferred
Must have an in-depth understanding of the practices and principles of Agile / Scrum and real-world experience on Scrum projects. Must be an experienced Agile / Scrum practitioner. Should have hands-on, in-depth experience in each of the Scrum core team roles, and experience and skills in the following areas:
Advisory and consultancy skills
Large group facilitation
Agile leadership
Release Planning and Feature Roadmapping
Feature and User Story decomposition
Data analysis
Lean Six-Sigma based process improvement
