ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Alignment of IT strategy and planning with company's business goals.
Optimization of information management through an understanding of evolving business needs and technology capabilities.
The Enterprise Architect performs overall end-to-end System Architecture and design, defines and develops the common framework, with the common functions, components and interfaces for new & existing components, features and services, for new and existing features that can be globally used.
This resource will also analyze if the new features can fit in the existing architecture and identify the re-usable components, functions and interfaces.
Architect to Identify and document all technical requirements and design technical solutions utilizing enterprise architecture standards including documenting, identifying the different solutions provide multiple alternative in the architecture components and configuration and software development.
Promotion of shared infrastructure and applications to reduce costs and improve information flow.
Ensure that projects do not duplicate functionality or diverge from each other and business and IT strategies.
Work with solutions architect(s) to provide a consensus based enterprise solution that is scalable, adaptable and in synchronization with ever-changing business needs.
Risk Management of information and IT assets through appropriate standards and security policies.
Direct or indirect involvement in the development of policies, standards and guidelines that direct the selection, development, implementation and use of Information Technology within the enterprise.
Work in a variety of environments between multiple clients as needed.
Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
Work with junior staff in coaching capacity.
Assist with business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.
Meet or exceed sale targets, collaborate with colleagues to respond to proposals released by current or potential clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Minimum 5 Years of Enterprise Architecture experience.
Minimum 5 years’ experience working with large public sector entities.
TOGAF Certified.
Pension System experience preferred.
Archimate experience preferred.
Relevant experience in the development and implementation of systems.
Solid understanding of “Cloud Computing” and/or Software as a Service (SaaS) model and web technologies.
Ability to review design and ensure the best design principles.
Proficient System end to end Architecture skills.
Ability to discern what issues need management escalation and when.
Experience with legacy systems and complex technical environments using multiple technologies.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate into architectural deliverables.
Thorough knowledge of data, infrastructure and programming concepts.
Experience in multi-platform infrastructure distributed environments.
Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, and systems engineering.
Knowledge of IT governance and operations.
Requires strong leadership, management and technical skills to manage the external/internal suppliers/groups.
Excellent Organization Skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize projects and tasks.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to management.
Advanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to meet complex business needs.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow a project plan and meet project deliverables.
Ability to adapt to other working styles, organize, lead, and influence others.
Familiarity with the SCRUM development process
Work in a variety of environments between multiple clients as needed
Meet or exceed sale targets, collaborate with colleagues to respond to proposals released by current or potential clients
Work with junior staff in a coaching capacity
Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees.
U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required.
Travel may be required.
Ability to work overtime required on occasion.
Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements.
Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements.
