Leverage expertise and experience in current and evolving digital sales technology to design and communicate the firm’s digital sales strategy, in partnership with our go-to-market teams and digital marketing -- aligned with the firm’s growth strategy

Enhance digital engagement with current clients

Guide and advise our sales and solution delivery professionals as they develop skills in digital selling and drive engagement with our firm’s tools

Work closely with go-to-market teams to evangelize digital capabilities and optimize personalization of social content

Manage social media tools including implementation, alliance/vendor relationships, capability socialization, etc.

Develop and present social media intelligence reports (in conjunction with digital marketing), translate social media listening data into actionable and relatable client insights and package for cross-team and executive audiences

Work with business teams to identify appropriate digital technology-enabled solutions and drive initiatives

Build, manage and grow strategic relationships and develop/maintain key technology alliances associated with digital sales tools

Evolve the current client portal environment to be an interactive, technology-enabled digital channel to our clients

Ensure that the brand identity and strategic direction of communications aligns with the mission and goals of the firm.

Qualifications

Requirements:

5+ years of digital sales experience

Broad knowledge of all facets of digital sales and marketing

Strong relationship building experience and pipeline development skills

Strong strategic understanding of social listening and experience interpreting data to deliver insights

Excellent project management and organization skills

Must be able to lead and work collaboratively with internal and external teams

Highly organized, assertive and self-directed business style, with strong ability to set priorities

BA/BS degree required

Strong verbal and written communications skills

Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
