Administrative Assistant

Position Summary:

The Administrative Assistant is primarily responsibility for assisting staff utilizing Staff Trak software. The Administrative Assistant also provides financial statement preparation and general administrative support as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with the overall operations of the office by supporting the department and building relationships with service line partners, managers, associates, administrative staff, and outside resources.

Prepare and maintain the Staff Trak schedule for all department personnel.

Seek additional assignments with little supervision.

Attend professional development and training sessions on a regular basis.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:
5+ years of experience in public accounting, an accounting department, professional services firm, or related experience..
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint – significant experience with each of these packages is required.
Strong communication skills, self-starter, excellent organizational skills, and excellent attendance record are musts.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
Direct experience in preparation of financial statements preferred.
