Resource Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage office administrative resources including: assign administrative support for Managers and Partners; train new administrative staff; participate in the recruitment of administrative personnel; supervise and oversee administrative resources and workflow.

Planning/scheduling work activities.

Assist staff with prioritizing assignment demands as needed.Act as a coach to local office administrative personnel and work with HR on the completion of year end reviews, performance assessment forms and counseling as needed.

Provide back-up support when needed.

Work with the team on coordination of internal and external events.

Participate in new hire orientations to provide an administrative introduction to the office and ensure new hires receive a smooth transition to local office administration.

Manage office accounts payable.

Liaison with building management, vendors and contractors.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:
At least seven years in a similar position.
Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and to handle multiple assignments, projects, and responsibilities simultaneously producing accurate, timely results.
Ability to work independently with little direct supervision.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to identify ways to streamline processes within the office.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Ability to identify and discuss complex issues and present workable solutions in a simple, meaningful, and focused manner with all levels of employees.
Ability to work in coordination with other departments (i.e., HR, IT) to ensure smooth operating environment.
