Market Territory University Recruiting Assistant Roles and Responsibilities
Work with recruiters to coordinate campus events, office events, and traveling accommodations.
Plan and execute candidate scheduling including:
Office visit logistics
Interview greeting and follow-up
Schedule Once input and tracking
Monitor budget to actuals for events
Assist with expense reimbursement
Track interview and hiring process in Taleo and keep accurate data for reporting
Communicate with internal contacts regarding facilities and office information for interview days
Assist recruiters with intern evaluations and offer process by reviewing forms and conducting follow-up
Assist in planning intern event activity (market territory intern training, socials, leadership series)
Partner with managers and HR on candidate offers, reporting and moving candidates through onboarding system
Track and update market territory hiring pipeline documents
Be a consistent face in the market territory (in office) while others are out on campus to field questions/concerns
Support office visits and campus events with printable folders, nametags, etc.
Help screen internal referral candidates outside of core schools
Be a back-up resource to attend any conflicting events in local office
Coordinate logistics around regular office hours on campus with professionals
Work with recruiter to keep in touch with pipeline throughout the year to build GT Campus Ambassador touchpoints- through events, Facebook posts and use of the Yapp app
Organize high school outreach programs
Assist in supporting the candidate share process
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field or Accounting.
Ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines, exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients.
Strong administrative skills, documentation skills, and detail-orientation and a demonstrated proficiency with reporting tools and databases.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Experience in university recruiting, administrative support of recruiting, or public accounting or tax, with experience in campus / university recruiting a plus.
Knowledge of employment law and hiring practices, behavioral based interview techniques, tracking processes for applicants and open positions, and metrics a plus.
